		Hunt Private Equity Group, Inc. Hunt Private Equity Group, Inc., acquires and invests in middle market companies engaged in manufacturing, distribution and service segments of the consumer products industry. In addition to investing for its own account, Hunt Private Equity Group is also the general partner of The Lafayette Investment Fund, a private equity fund.
		Hunt Special Situations Group, L.P.
